Our prescription inserts are covered by most major vision plans and insurance packages. They are also eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement.
However, we do not process claims directly onsite, neither do we take FSA/HSA cards for direct payment, but reimbursement is super easy and all it takes is 3 simple steps:
- Complete the order by first paying out-of-pocket, and request an itemized receipt while in the cart or email us.
- Go to your insurance or FSA/HSA website and download the relevant insurance form or FSA/HSA reimbursement form.

Once you complete the prescription lens selection, you will be asked to upload an image of your prescription before you add-to-cart.
Alternatively, you can also email a picture of your prescription to cs@e-optician.com after you place the order.
What's The Strongest Prescription Available?
We specialize in strong and difficult prescriptions. For the Goggles Prescription Inserts, we can offer as high as -10/+8.
What Insurance Do You Accept?

It takes within 2 weeks because custom prescription lenses need 5-7 days to be produced at our laboratory.

Great quality. Fast and responsive service. The only thing keeping from a 5 is that I wish they were just a bit wider to take up more of the width of my goggles so I didn't see the outside edges as much. But, you get used to it and I really appreciate not having to wear my glasses anymore!
E-Optician nailed the prescription, however the curvature of the inserts is less pronounced than the curvature of my Smith goggle lenses. When I insert them they have to match the goggle curvature in order for the suction cup to properly affix. This seems to tighten the pupillary distance so it no longer matches my eyes, resulting in vision that is okay, but definitely not as good as when the insert is not curved to match the goggles.

Thank you for the feedback. By this email, I'm asking our customer service to send you a Flex-fit bridge with which you can transform your insert into a flex fit style and this may solve your problem. Our customer service will teach you how to do it with a small video.

Have tried multiple different anti-fog sprays, but inserts fog up almost immediately

Sorry to hear about your bad experience with fogging on those inserts. Have you ever tried our anti-fog gel specially designed for heavy duty sports: https://www.e-optician.com/products/anti-fog-gel-for-glasses? I'm asking our Phoenix customer service center to send you a piece to try, i.e. complimentary.
It also work on goggles too, as well as regular glasses.

P.S. use as little as one sesame size drop per lens as this gel is very potent and more will not get you better result.

Love these Scott prescription goggle inserts. I was skeptical ordering, but 100% worth the price. Fit inside goggles perfectly, multiple different brands of goggles would fit as well. Prescription is perfect and lenses are quality and crystal clear. Price was good and shipping to Northern Canada was fast. Will order more when needed!!

The suction cup ski goggles inserts worked so well during my ski weekend that I can't wait to use them over and over again. They stayed put and didn't fog at all. I highly recommend.
I compete in long distance dirt bike rallies and my mild short sightedness is annoying at speed on uneven ground. However, I don't want contact lenses and I was also concerned about prescription lenses making it difficult to look down and read the navigation. My prescription isn't serious (-0.75) so these inserts work perfectly and after a few successul training rides I cannot wait to take them racing. The only downside is that they look a little strange behind the goggles, but the upside of increased visibility at speed far outweighs that.

They don’t fit perfectly in Oakley goggles.
Clear vision when wearing them but you can see the frame and slight reflections and distortion around the frame. definitely not custom fit for Oakley airbreak. Not tried in the snow yet. Happy with the company as fast customer service and a good price.
