How to Send Your Prescription
Where do I find my prescription?
Your prescription can be found on a small card or a sheet of paper issued by your optometrist. If you don’t have it then you should contact your optician or shop to ask for a copy. It’s your legal right to obtain your own personal data.
How do I ensure my prescription is valid?
First, make sure the data is legible. Then ensure the prescription is still valid by finding the expiration date. If the date is passed the expiration date your prescription is no longer valid and you need to obtain a new one.
How do I send you my prescription?
Scan or take a picture of your prescription and upload the file after you have selected the lens options for your order. If your prescription is not readily available you can send an image to us through the following ways after you check out. Remember to include your order number when you send in the prescription.
